1. The competition is held every year in alternating age groups:

• Every odd year:
  - First Group: between 7 and 10 years
  - Second Group: between 11 and 14 years
  
  
• Every even year:
  - Third Group: between 15 and 18 years

2. No changes can be made to the program announced in the Application.

3. If the candidate does not show up at his/her scheduled performance time, he/she is disqualified.

4. The audio and video recordings made during the competition remain property solely of the organizers.

5. The jury retains the right to NOT award any or all prizes.

6. The jury’s decisions are final.

7. This year's competition will be held in the following age groups:

• First Group: Participants between 7 and 10 years
• Second Group: Participants between 11 and 14 years

8. The following documents are required in addition to the Application Form:

• Birth certificate
• Artistic bio
• 1 photo

9. The application including all required materials needs to be submitted online by November 30th.

10. The candidates will perform in person on December 12th 2021 in Concert Hall Dobrin Petkov (23 Ivan Vazov Street, Plovdiv, Bulgaria). The performance will be videotaped.

11. Program:

• First Group: two or more (up to 10 minutes altogether) pieces with different character
• Second Group: two or more (up to 15 minutes altogether) pieces representing different music eras and genres.

12. The jury will vote online.

13. The winners will be announced online on the website of the competition on January 11th (Stella’s birthday).

14. A submitted application constitutes the candidate’s acceptance and agreement to uphold the Competition Rules and Procedures.
